Panels and guests are subject to change without notice. In the event that ACCESS:HORROR is cancelled, refunds will be issued by OneCause according to the OneCause terms of service, listed HERE. There are no refunds or exchanges prior to the event unless the event is cancelled. If you are unable to access the live stream, please reach out to our access team at info@accesshorror.com, and we will work with you to ensure you can access the stream. All content will be recorded and available for playback for two weeks in case of livestream issues but we do encourage everyone’s participation in the live, interactive experience.
